One of the best looking games of E3 2011 was Prey 2. I know, it was almost as shocking to our system ocurring in real time as it is restating these facts a week later. Getting the chance to see some of Bethesda’s upcoming work, we were surrounded by some pretty great games at their E3 booth. With Rage on display, and Elder Scrolls V also in attendance, I wasn’t neccesarily thrilled that I had committed to waste an extra 30 minutes of time watching a demo reel of a game that I had little to no interest in.
Terminal Map for Modern Warfare 3 will be announced this week
Mark Rubin of Infinity Ward has been leading the charge for popular Modern Warfare 2 maps making their way onto Modern Warfare 3. Terminal, the popular map based in the infamous airport from 2010’s shooter will definitely arrive shortly, and could be announced as soon as this week, according to Rubin. Anserwing fan queries via Twitter, Rubin explains that he’s readying an announcement for the new map, and unfortunately the content will arrive in similar fashion to other map packs, meaning there will be a thirty day delay for anyone not on the Xbox 360 and Xbox Live.
US Release Date Confirmed For Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition
A release date has been set for Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition. Previously, we reported on speculation that it would be out sometime during June, and it turns out that we weren’t far off the mark. The updated re-release of the hugely popular hack-and-slash title is slated for a digital release on June 23. Those interested in having a physical copy of the game will have to import it, as there’s no planned physical release for the US.

Minecraft Update Hits PS4, PS3, & PS Vita, Adds Doctor Who Skin Pack and More
Minecraft is about to get an update on PlayStation platforms with the PS4, PS3, and PS Vita versions all receiving a new patch that will both fix problems and add content. The big piece being added is the Doctor Who Skin Pack, which has been available on Xbox for some time. PlayStation owners are used to getting these a little bit later though, so it’s good to see the packs continuing to be ported over, despite Microsoft’s purchase of the series and its developer.
NHL 17 Cover Athlete, Beta And More Announced
The NHL Awards were held earlier this week and EA Sports chose the opportunity to announce a ton of new things about NHL 17. This includes a beta, the cover athlete and more.
Fans had to vote on who will be on the cover for NHL 17. After many rounds and potential stars, the people wanted Vladimir Tarasenko to be on the cover. Mr Tarasenko currently plays for the St. Louis Blues.
