With a whirlwind week of numerous record-breaking games, Metroid Dread has already annihilated its precursory games within the series. Not only that, its revival has ushered in a new generation of fans that can play as their favorite character, Samus, somewhere outside of Super Smash Bros. Gamers everywhere are ecstatic about Medroid’s debut return, and the sales numbers can vouch for it.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 Is Getting a Physical Release Same Day As Digital
Today developer of S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2, GSC Game World, announced their new partnership with Koch Media and their plans to release S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 with physical discs on the same day as the digital release on April 28th, 2022.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2: Heart of Chernobyl was announced at Xbox’s E3 conference of this year, and is an FPS game set in a fictional timeline and takes place in Chernobyl, Ukraine.
The game is set in a very dangerous post-apocalyptic world and deals with the repercussions of a power plant that had mysteriously exploded in 2006.
Surviving Mars Update 1.26 Patch Notes
Update 1.26 has arrived for Surviving Mars, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch.
In this update, Surviving Mars gets some great gameplay improvements including rebalancing rewards for recurring Recon Center discovery events, additional bug fixes including the missing passenger UI and the cables and pipes being created on the wrong map, and finally, some platform-specific issues including controllers disconnecting.

Assassins Creed: Revelations “Signature Edition”
Ubisoft has recently announced that Americans pre-ordering Assassins Creed: Revelations will in fact get some exclusive content, but will have to do without the Assassins Creed encyclopedia that is being offered through the European only, GameStop-exclusive version of the game titled “Animus Edition” that will sell at a pricey $140.
Pre-ordering Assassins Creed: Revelations at GameStop here in the States will get you the “Vlad the Impaler mission”, the same ammo capacity upgrades offered in the Animus Edition and an exclusive multiplayer character.
Destiny 2 – Shortest and Fastest Adventures
The Solstice of Heroes has returned to Destiny 2, allowing Guardians to complete a series of challenges to upgrade their Solstice gear yet again. This year’s event is similar to previous events, sending players to the European Aerial Zone to defeat bosses and open chests. Solstice Packages return as well, rewarding gear at the cost of Solstice Key Fragments. Some Solstice armor upgrades require you to complete a certain amount of Adventures, and knowing which ones to run can make this step a breeze.
Farming Simulator Coming to Consoles
Farming Simulator has been a surprise hit that has taken quite a following on the internet through hilarious dubstepped videos (a bit NSFW, but then again neither is dubstep) and Let’s Plays. Of course there are also the people who play it seriously and actually do farming.
The people from Giants Software and Focus Home Interactive brings to you Farming Simulator on the Xbox 360 and PS3.
With the new console version, Giants Software is rolling out new exclusive features including an American farming backdrop with American flags as opposed to the European farms found on PC.
Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut For PS4 and PS5 Gets Leaked by ESRB Listing
It looks like the ESRB has now rated Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut. The interesting part about the listing is that it says the game is for the PS4 and PS5 consoles.
The ESRB has rated Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut on its official website earlier today. It does not tell us if the game has new content, but it’s sure to have some new gameplay elements since it’s a director’s cut.
Legend Of Kay Anniversary Review
The last generation of gaming was filled with an abundance of HD collections for many different series, and gaming publishers have taken that to a new level with the number of remasters so far in the current generation. Typically, remasters or remakes are done for games that were big sellers or at least darlings of the industry. However, Nordic Games has revived a very obscure 3D action platformer from PlayStation 2 with Legend of Kay Anniversary, which feels reminiscent of some top games in the genre, while also adding its own personal touch.
Outriders: What is the Max Level Cap and Highest World Tier?
Reaching the level cap is an important milestone in Outriders, and it’s actually a lot lower than most players are expecting. In an RPG like Outriders, hitting the max level means you have access to all of your abilities and can start farming for the best gear, so tons of people are blasting through the story and grinding side quests in an attempt to power level as fast as possible. However, there are ways to get gear that’s well above the level cap if you’re up for a challenge.

Update 3.09 has arrived for Overwatch and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. Overwatch is one of the more interesting games when it comes to patches, as they go back and forth in being retail patches that affect the whole game or experimental that only affect one game mode. The last update was an experimental one, but this latest moves back to the full scale update, even if it isn’t that large overall.
