Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is finally about here, after years of waiting in the west to experience this very well received spinoff to the franchise. This time coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in a full HD remaster, rather than the PSP, Final Fantasy fans have much reason to be excited. With such a dramatic makeover graphically, it does make one wonder just how much has changed in Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.
James Cameron Says You’re “Going To Love” Terminator Genisys
Terminator Genisys is the upcoming fifth entry in the highly popular sci-fi movie franchise, though original director James Cameron has no part in the series any longer. However, after seeing an early screening, Cameron is singing praises about the film and says that you are “going to love” this movie.
The first two movies in the Terminator franchise by Cameron are two of the most well respected science fiction movies of all time, if not movies period.
Jessie and James Will Appear in Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Eevee!
When Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee! were first announced, series producer and director Junichi Masuda explained that the new games were heavily influenced by, though not direct remakes of, 1998’s Pokémon: Yellow Version. There were a number of things that made Yellow Version unique and stand out from Red and Blue, despite also taking place in the Kanto region. Things like having Pikachu as a starter, and having that Pikachu follow you around in the overworld instead of staying in its PokéBall, were meant to reflect the popular Pokémon anime, which led a number of fans to the games.
Sony Raises The Trophy Limit on PlayStation 3
Since the inception of trophies, Sony had previously had a level cap that stopped players from progressing past level 50. Today, it has been confirmed that the cap has been raised with some dedicated gamers pushing well past that previous limit.
Why exactly Sony lifted the cap is unknown, and where Sony has placed the cap, if there is one, has not been seen yet either.
The top Trophy holder on the PlayStation 3 currently sits at level 56 since the recent limit change.
When Does Fortnite Season 9 Begin
A new season of Fortnite is just a few days away. Epic Games has started to tease information about Season 9 so you should be ready to start later this week. Fortnite Season 9 will begin on Thursday, May 9th. Fortnite players will likely experience downtime at or around 5 AM ET.
Season 9 in Fortnite is going to last from Thursday, May 9th until Thursday, August 1st. A listing on the PlayStation Store suggests that Season 9 for Fortnite will be a little bit longer than other seasons.
Deathloop is Getting Review Bombed for PC Performance Issues
Despite the incredibly positive reviews the game has been getting from critics, Deathloop is being review bombed on Steam for DRM-related performance issues on PC.
DRMs also known as the Digital Rights Management system is a system used by game developers to protect their games from piracy. Deathloop uses the Denuvo software, which has been consistently facing heavy criticism from players because of how it affects the game performance.
Now that Deathloop is using Denuvo, it has been receiving all of the criticism that Denuvo has been facing in the past, leading to a Steam page with many mixed reviews.
