Outside of dual protagonists Joel and Ellie, Naughty Dog has been quiet about the characters that players will meet along the way.  In the most recent reveal of the story trailer for The Last of Us, you may have noticed Tess.  Naughty Dog’s Eric Monacelli revealed more about this new character on the PlayStation Blog. Monacelli describes Tess as Joel’s “partner” who lives in one of the last quarantine zones in the country.

Rainbow Six Siege Update 1.97 Patch Notes (Y5S3.3.1)

Update 1.97 for Rainbow Six Siege has been released, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this update. This update brings the long-awaited Tachanka rework to the game, trading the Russian operator’s signature turret for an all-new grenade launcher. His loadout has been tweaked as well, so he’s basically an entirely new character at this point. The changes are only exacerbated by a brand-new voice actor replacing Anatoly Zinoviev, so Rainbow Six Siege players will be greeted with a completely new Tachanka the next time they start the game.

Resident Evil 6 Looking to be more like Call of Duty

Capcom revealed Resident Evil 6 just a short while ago. In the world premiere trailer for the upcoming game, many fans noticed that the franchise is taking a distinct new direction. That direction is more “action-oriented”, and one that Capcom is looking to pursue due to the growing popularity of action-shooters like the Call of Duty franchise. Resident Evil HD Remaster Gets its First Trailer

Capcom has been dropping big Resident Evil news left and right lately. Fans have a lot to be excited about with the announcements of Resident Evil Revelations 2 and Resident Evil HD Remaster, a re-release of the Gamecube remake of the original game. The re-release of Resident Evil’s fantastic remake from the Gamecube might cause more surprise and anticipation though, especially once fans get a look at the first trailer.
