Warriors Beat Cavaliers in 2017 Says NBA 2K Simulation

In just about 24 hours the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers will face off in the NBA Finals for the third consecutive year.  This one being the rubber match, if you will.  2015 saw the Warriors win their first title in 40 years.  2016 saw Lebron James lead the Cleveland Cavaliers back from 3-1 deficit to win Cleveland’s first ever NBA Championship and the first championship won by a major sports team in Cleveland since 1964.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Could Be Star Wars Themed

Fortnite and Star Wars fans might get a surprise once the next season starts. Some clues behind some social media posts are hinting at a possible Star Wars-themed content and many players are speculating about the possible content crossover between the two franchises. Fortnite came in strong with Chapter 3 Season 2; the new season came with a lot of changes and additions, balancing and adding new dynamics into the game.

Fortnite Search ONFIRE Letters – Locations in Downtown Drop

The Downtown Drop event is currently going on in Fortnite and it’s giving players new challenges every day.  One of the last challenges to be put forth to players is to find a series a letters that spells On Fire.  Doing so will earn you an Epic Cuddle Back Board. The letters are found in specific spots on the map.  So long as you visit each location once you’ll collect all the letters.

Gearbox giving out Halloween SHiFT codes for Borderlands 2

Gearbox is getting ready to unleash a load of Halloween-themed SHiFT codes for Borderlands 2. The codes will be given away on the Gearbox Software social media hubs on Facebook and Twitter. The codes will unlock “special spooky” character customization skins, and will begin rolling out on October 31st at 10AM CT, with Gearbox saying that more will be released throughout the day. The codes will be active until Sunday, November 4th.

Spiritfarer Gets Physical Release for PS4 and Switch

Spiritfarer, the hand-drawn psychopomp sim by Thunder Lotus, is getting a physical release this summer for the Ps4 and Nintendo Switch. This release is a collaboration between Thunder Lotus, Skybound Games, and iam8bit inc. In addition to a physical disc or cartridge copy of the game, this release includes some exciting extras like a 96-page digital artbook, collectible postcards/sticker stamps depicting in-game locations, and a digital download card for Max LL’s award-winning Spiritfarer soundtrack.

State of Decay 2 Review

State of Decay quickly became a sleeper hit when it arrived on the Xbox 360 in 2013.  The last generation had its fair share of zombie games, big and small, but none of them nailed the survival aspects quite like Undead Labs did with State of Decay.  The game combined open world exploration, zombie-slaying action and survival management aspects set during the zombie apocalypse.  It wasn’t an incredibly impressive game from a presentation standpoint, and it had its fair share of bugs and technical hiccups.

Tetris Ultimate Is Now Available On Steam

Tetris Ultimate has been out for a couple of years now and has released on a variety of different consoles, but now Ubisoft’s popular puzzle game is available right now on Steam. The game includes the core experience that everyone knows and loves, as well as an additional nine modes that all offer chaotic variations on the classic formula. The additional modes are Battle, Battle Ultimate, Marathon, Endless, Ultra, Sprint, Time’s Up, Landslide and Haunted.

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Review

The Legend of Zelda series has seen a number of different remasters over the years with some graphical and gameplay related improvements, but never before has the series actually had a full remake from the ground up that includes a complete visual redesign. Already having plenty of history with the franchise as a result of their development of the Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask 3D releases, as well as co-developing Tri-Force Heroes, Nintendo enlisted Grezzo to remake the fan favorite The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for the Nintendo Switch.
