E3 2016: Top Sony PS4 Announcements We’d Like To See
Sony’s E3 2015 press conference was arguably the best one in history as it announced three games that people never thought would see the light of day. Here’s some of the things we wish to see from Sony at E3 2016 that could potentially top last year’s monumental event.
It’s hard to do a top 10 list as everyone has their own opinions on what it most important to them. Instead, we just came up with a list in no particular order that we hope to see at E3 2016.
Evolve Player Count Skyrockets Following Free-To-Play Launch
Things weren’t looking good for Evolve following the months after its launch. With a player count that was getting lower and lower, it looked like Turtle Rock Studios’ brand new IP was dead on arrival. However, the game’s new free-to-play model has proven to be a massive success so far, skyrocketing the game’s player count.
At one point, the game’s player count had dropped to around 150 players per day, though that has turned around quickly.
Genshin Impact Lantern Rite 2022 Event Guide: All Rewards and Challenges
Genshin Impact has had a host of events over the years since its release. One particular event that gains a lot of traction is the Lantern Rite event. The Lantern Rite event started on January the 25th and will continue until February the 12th at 3:59 for the server time. With all the challenges included for the event, it’s an excellent time to start going through everything that the event has to offer and collecting all of the rewards that are available for the challenges your character has to complete.
Microsoft beefs up Xbox 360 Security
Microsoft is stepping up security of the Xbox 360 and other associated online accounts. These new security measures implement an optional two-step verification process which asks for two pieces of information anytime you access your account.
These security updates don’t just impact Xbox 360 sign-ins, they also affect Windows, Skype, and other Microsoft services. The company hopes to pull all of their services closer together with the recently released security update.

Bandai Namco revealed a new trailer for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution that reveals the North American release date. Bookmark your calendars for September 16th, 2014 Naruto fans. The game is coming to the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Europe gets the game earlier on September 12th.
In related news, sadly the PS3 demo for the game has been delayed.
Pokemon Sun & Moon File Size is a Massive 3.2GB
Hope you have a really big SD card in your Nintendo 3DS, at least if you plan to purchase the digital versions of Pokemon Sun & Moon. This is because, according to fan-site Serebii.net, the Pokemon Sun & Moon file size will run a whopping 3.2GB or 26,214 blocks. The information came from the official Japanese website for the games, which was explaining that due to this large file size, those with 4GB SD cards in their 3DS might have trouble fitting the game and its upcoming demo.
Splinter Cell Blacklist Multiplayer – Old Meets New
Ubisoft is letting loose the details regarding their revamped Spies vs. Mercs mode in Splinter Cell: Blacklist. The classic formula of third person spies vs. first person mercs returns from previous installments in the franchise.
The two main Spies vs. Mercs modes will feature both 2v2 and 4v4 modes. The 2v2 modes will play similarly to classic Splinter Cell multiplayer offerings in Pandora Tommorrow and Chaos Theory. The all new 4v4 mode will be the most players we’ve seen on a Splinter Cell game, where Splinter Cell: Double Agent featured 3v3.
Xbox 720 Possibly Scheduled for an E3 Surprise
Microsoft could be getting ready for a reveal of the Xbox 720 at next month’s Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3). Up until now, all we have heard out of Microsoft is that it’s very comfortable with the success it’s having with the Kinect and Xbox 360 Slim models. The company has experienced industry leading sales at retailers, but new rumors suggest that Microsoft has development units already sent out to developers and publishers.
