Overkill Software has been steadily improving Payday 2 since the game’s 2013 debut. Preparing for the release of Payday 2: Crimewave Edition, Overkill’s Almir Listo reveals that the developer isn’t feeling any pressure from its competition, nor is it in a big hurry to release a sequel.
“We don’t want to do Payday 3 and Payday 4 and Payday 5: Advanced Combat or whatever. We want to continue pushing out stuff for Payday 2 for those that already bought into it,” Listo tells VG247.

It is almost that time of the year again with Steam Summer Sale wanting our precious wallet. It appears though that we may already have a date for the sale and it is only a few weeks away.
According to a post on a Russian networking site, VK made by the user Steam who has 300,000 followers on the social networking site. The Steam sale is reportedly set to start on June 11th and run through June 20th with an “Encore” sale running from the 20th to the 22nd.

Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy XIV Patch 3.5, which proves that players of the MMO won’t have time to get bored while they wait for the upcoming Stormblood expansion. Titled The Far Edge of Fate, this update is set to arrive on January 17th, and it will add new story content, new dungeons, and some really inspired new gear to equip.
