Microsoft’s Xbox 360 brand has been growing in popularity in recent months.  This popularity has been translated into sales, and the bottom lines at Microsoft have felt a monetary effect because of it.  The Entertainment and Devices Division, where the Xbox brand currently resides in the corporate hierarchy, posted record setting revenue for the company in the holiday quarter. The Entertainment and Devices Division raked in $3.6 billion in revenue for the Software giant.

Introduced in The Wild Update, wardens can easily take out anyone they come across even on lower difficulties. Killing one won’t lead to a vast number of unique rewards either, so the idea of purposely seeking wardens out might seem a bit counterproductive. But anyone familiar with Minecraft’s various mobs might want to know if it’s possible to tame a warden, turning it from an enemy into an ally.

343 and Xbox have just announced that any and all Xbox insiders are encouraged to join the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Preview this weekend and can do so without having to sign up for the Halo Insider program. This effectively opens up the second weekend of Halo Infinite’s Multiplayer Preview to anyone who owns an Xbox without having to even sign up on Halo Waypoint. Xbox players who are interested in taking advantage of this announcement shouldn’t take them too long to sign up and be ready for when the weekend comes.

Immortals Fenyx Rising Update 1.32 Patch Notes

Update 1.32 has arrived for Immortals Fenyx Rising, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. While the update itself is not a big one (also named as Update 1.3.1) it does provide numerous fixes for various activities in Immortals Fenyx Rising and some performance improvements as well. Additionally, there are a couple of game play issues addressed, that were hindering players’ in-game sessions, like Fenyx being stuck when on top of the Messenger of the God Statue and more.

Sony Introducing Steel Black and Midnight Blue Dualshock 4 Variations

Sony has unveiled today two new colors for the Dualshock 4, the PS4 controller, which will launch in March in North America and Europe. While other color variations have focused on bringing a brighter look, the new colors announced are more subtle and elegant. Named Midnight Blue and Steel Black, they are softer takes on those colors, which makes them perfect for those users who want their new controller to be easily identifiable but not to make a big contrast with the traditional black Dualshock 4.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Opens With 3.5 Million Sold

Zenimax Media announced today that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has sold 3.5 million copies of the RPG in its opening weekend.  The company shipped 7 million copies of the game to retail, and expects the game to gross more than $450 million dollars. The RPG is proclaimed to be Bethesda Game Studios’ “most ambitious project” to date, and that ambition paid off, scoring well with game critics and fans of the franchise.
