Xbox 360 outsells PS3 2:1 in United States

It is predicted that the Xbox 360 has outsold the PS3  by a 2:1 margin in December in the United States.  Pachter, analyst for Wedbush Morgan claims that the Xbox 360 sold 2.5 million consoles in the month, up a whopping 91%. The sales were likely spurred by the popularity of Kinect this holiday season.  NPD has recently started leaving it up to manufacturers to release their own sales data so we should hear something about the validity of these numbers in the near future.

Dishonored 2 Has Gone Gold, File Size and System Requirements Revealed

Today Bethesda announced that Dishonored 2 has gone gold. This means that development on the title has concluded, outside of the usual updates and patches. This is a huge step for the game to take ahead of its November 11th release date. Along with the news that Dishonored 2 had gone gold, Bethesda also issued some important technical details about the release. This includes the preload times for each platform, with Xbox One already allowing preloading, and PS4 and PC beginning on November 8th.

Dragon Ball Super Episode 25 Review: SSGSS Goku Faces Gold Frieza

At the end of Dragon Ball Super episode 24, we finally saw Goku change to the Super Saiyan Gold Super Saiyan form. To keep it short, we’ll just call him Super Saiyan Blue. In episode 25, another transformation occurs as Frieza turns to his new Golden form. GTA 5 new artwork uncovered at retailer

It looks GameStop is getting ready to start promoting GTA 5 with brand new artwork from Rockstar.  Two new pre-order posters were discovered this weekend, which show two masked gunmen.  One shows a masked man making a getaway via motorbike, while the other shows a man checking the time during a jewelry store heist. The pre-order posters still don’t have a concrete release date for Grand Theft Auto 5, as you can see on the image below, it’s still scheduled for Spring 2013.

Rocket League Autumn Update Removes Wasteland and Other Non-Standard Arenas from Play

When Rocket League first debuted, all of its available arenas were “standard”, meaning they all had the same dimensions and measurements. As the game blew up and grew, the team started rolling out non-standard arenas, such as Wasteland and Starbase ARC. These differently shaped arenas changed the gameplay a lot, but they ignited some real fan backlash as they dealt with the different angles these maps offered. Psyonix just responded to the fans by announcing that the Autumn Rocket League update will remove the non-standard arenas from all regular online playlists.
