Destiny 2 is a pretty great game, but it does have some issues that fans have been dealing with over the last few months. From XP controversies to endgame problems, the fans have been force feeding Bungie a never ending supply of feedback and criticism. And now, on the first DLC’s release, Curse of Osiris, it looks like they’re going to address it all.
What was planned to be the final livestream to promote Curse of Osiris has now been repurposed as an address from the heads of Bungie. “Tomorrow, we had planned to conduct the final stream prior to the launch of “Curse of Osiris” to show off some of the weapons and armor the expansion includes,” explained Bungie’s Deej.
“Instead, we are investing all our efforts into delivering some higher priority information about Destiny 2. You’ll hear from studio leadership about their assessment of Destiny all up, they’ll talk about our goals for the game going forward, and you’ll also learn about how we’re reacting to your feedback with some game updates that will arrive in the next few weeks.”
The announcements will come via the Bungie Blog, which posts an update every Wednesday. This one has some extra significance though with this new reveal. Destiny 2 fans have been anxious to see how Bungie would react to the current problems, and tomorrow we should find out.
