4J Studios is preparing to unleash title update nine for Minecraft players on the Xbox 360. With this update, players will get a chance to experience the end game content for the popular block building title. The update is tentatively scheduled for March at the earliest, but the latest screenshots shows off some of the new features that will be included.
Obviously the big component of TU9 is going to be The End, which allows players to travel to an alternate dimension to do battle with giant dragon and a legion of Endermen. But 4J Studios has revealed that there is quite a lot of other content stuffed into the coming update. Spawn Eggs and climbable vines were announced last week, and there’s likely to be a host of fixes and other tweaks that improve upon the port.
There’s still no concrete release date on Minecraft’s TU9, but judging from the screenshot, things are coming along. The studio also announced that there is a Minecraft Texture Pack in the works, but didn’t give any details on when that would be available.
TU9 will arrive free of charge for Xbox 360 players when it finally does arrive.
